Hey guys! I’ve been taking a break from Zelda (my favorite game series) because I’ve played just about all of them on stream already lol. I’m waiting to see if Twilight Princess will be released on the Switch soon. If not, I’ll be playing that one on stream with an older system.

Question: would you be interested in watching a play through of A Link to the Past?

Winner of the “Every Link” Tournament is Tears of the Kingdom Link! All the Links from the various games fought very hard. But it seems that Rauru’s arm and abilities proved to be too much for the other Links! Thanks to everyone for voting and participating in this tournament!

Honorable Mentions:

Majora’s Mask Link: It goes without question that this Link has a high probability of winning any battle. The power of Fierce Deity is beaten by very few people.

Breath of the Wild Link: The power of his runes and Champion abilities sets him apart and makes him a formidable fighter.

🏁 GRAND FINALS: TotK Link vs Majora’s Mask Link

Both fighters unleashed. Nothing held back.

The arena is a hybrid battlefield:
• Hyrule Castle floating on Zonai platforms
• Clock Tower gears grinding beneath
• Cracks in the sky showing Termina’s falling moon
• Dragon energy flowing like auroras
• Mask spirits whispering around the edges

The perfect stage for the most powerful versions of Link ever created.

⚡ OPENING: Calm Before the Wildstorm

Both Links walk to the center.

Majora’s Mask Link (MM Link) silently rotates through masks in his hands:
Zora. Deku. Goron. Garo. Gibdo. Captains. Giants. And the one hidden behind them all: Fierce Deity.

Tears of the Kingdom Link (TotK Link) rolls his shoulder, Zonai arm glowing, flask of elixirs rattling.
The Master Sword hums with dragon-flame energy, glowing across the shattered arena.

They give each other one nod.

Then the world detonates.

🌪️ PHASE 1 — Mobility vs Chaos

TotK Link instantly fires a Time Bomb arrow, flipping backwards as it explodes.
MM Link counters by slipping into Deku form, floating up with a flower spin, launching Deku Bubbles in a scatter pattern.

TotK Link uses Ascend through a broken stone slab —
He bursts upward like a specter and midair Fuses a Soldier Construct blade to his shield, crash-landing with a rocket-boosted bash.

MM Link swaps masks mid-roll, shifting to Zora Link, cutting a clean arc through the air with fin boomerangs.

TotK Link catches one boomerang mid-flight and Fuses it to an arrow, firing it back twice as fast.

MM Link just grins and turns into Goron form, curling into a molten meteor and plowing straight through the attack.

The shockwave blows dust across the arena like a sandstorm.

🔥 PHASE 2 — The Arena Turns Into a Battlefield

TotK Link leaps onto a Zonai platform and, with superhuman speed, Ultrahands together a monstrosity:

A floating, shielded turret platform with:
• A beam emitter
• A spinning flamethrower
• A cannon fused with Bokoblin horns
• Three fan engines

Within seconds, it rises like a war machine.

MM Link stares for half a second.

Then he pulls out The Captain’s Mask, commanding the spirits of Termina’s fallen warriors.
Phantom guards rise from the ground, spectral armor clanking.

TotK Link’s turret fires beams
MM Link’s spirits block with ghostly shields
TotK Link fires fused bomb-spears
MM Link counters with elemental arrows
TotK Link launches a rocket shield
MM Link charges as Goron
TotK Link dodges with Recall
MM Link predicts the recall path and intercepts himself

This is not a duel anymore.
This is a multiversal war fought by two tactical miracles.

💫 PHASE 3 — Time Itself Starts Bending

The fighting gets so intense that the environment warps.

TotK Link uses Recall on a collapsing tower, sending debris back into place —
Then grabs a falling boulder and rewinds it straight at MM Link.

MM Link slaps on the Garo Mask, disappearing into smoke, reappearing to slash from behind.

TotK Link FLURRY RUSHES the attack —
Time slows —
He lands seven perfect cuts in a blink —

MM Link cancels the slowdown by switching masks mid-combo, turning into Goron Link just in time to tank the damage.

The ground cracks beneath him from the impact.

MM Link immediately transitions into Zora form, performing the spinning dolphin blade.
TotK Link perfect-shields, but the sparks are like lightning strikes.

Both Links dash back, panting, watching each other with respect.

This is the hardest either has ever fought.

🌈 PHASE 4 — TRUE POWER UNLEASHED

MM Link finally pulls out the Fierce Deity Mask.

The ground shakes.
The sky warps.
The Gilded Sword’s light flickers.

He ascends into the colossal form of the Fierce Deity — glowing tattoos, divine armor, sword of pure cosmic energy vibrating like a star about to explode.

TotK Link simply lifts his left hand.

His Zonai Arm burns gold.

The Master Sword burns dragon-blue, radiant as the Light Dragon herself.

He whispers:

“Let’s finish this.”

And he enters a state beyond Flurry Rush:
Perfect Zonai Synchronization, mixing Recall, Fuse, Ascend, bullet-time archery, Master Sword beam attacks, and raw hand-to-hand combat all at once.

Fierce Deity swings his sword —
The beam is the size of a building.

TotK Link:
• Recalls the beam
• Ascends through the returning wave
• Rocket shields upward
• Fires fused bomb-flower arrows mid-air
• Lands on a glider he builds while falling
• Plummets with a dragon-powered plunge attack
• Clashes blades with the giant deity head-on

The explosion lights the whole realm white.

🌋 PHASE 5 — Endgame: Hero vs God

They fight across:
• Sky islands
• Clock Tower gears
• Zonai ruins
• The crumbling castle
• Falling chunks of moon rock
• Pure light, pure darkness, pure force

Fierce Deity’s strength is overwhelming.
But TotK Link’s creativity is limitless.

He creates weapons out of nothing.
He turns attacks back in time.
He alters the battlefield itself.

He doesn’t fight like a mortal.

He fights like the Hero who saved the world when everything was already lost.

After a thousand exchanges, a thousand dimensions of impact—

Both collapse onto the final floating platform.

Breathing hard.
Burned.
Bleeding.
Barely holding their weapons.

Fierce Deity and TotK Link walk toward each other.

They raise their swords.

The camera circles.

They swing.

White light.

Silence.

The light fades.

Fierce Deity falls to his knees and then falls on his face.

TotK Links wins.

⚔️ Semifinals: Majora’s Mask Link vs. Spirit Tracks Link

Winner: Majora’s Mask Link

The arena is a fusion of Clock Town’s central plaza and the Spirit Tracks’ railroads — massive stone walls, banners of Termina fluttering, and iron tracks zig-zagging across the battlefield. The whistle of a phantom train echoes in the distance.

Opening: Strategy and Mobility

Majora’s Mask Link (MM Link) begins with caution — he knows Spirit Tracks Link (ST Link) is built around movement, momentum, and controlling space with trains and projectiles.

ST Link immediately calls upon the Spirit Train. Its pistons pump and the train barrels forward, forcing MM Link to dodge or be crushed. MM Link rolls aside, but as the train circles the arena on materializing tracks, ST Link hops onto the cab roof, bow drawn.

Goron Mask vs Train Momentum

MM Link equips the Goron Mask, body morphing into a hulking, spiked rolling titan. He rockets forward, curling into a spin-charge, tearing up stone tiles. ST Link leaps off the train and counters by deploying rails beneath himself, sliding away like a rail-surfing skater.

As MM Link sprints headlong at the train, ST Link uses the Spirit Tracks flute to command the Spirit Train’s Guardian Spirits. Phantom Zelda manifests in spectral armor, forming a shield wall. The Goron charge slams into it — sparks fly, metal screeches, and MM Link is knocked back, dazed but unbroken.

Zora Mask vs Aerial Control

ST Link keeps firing arrows from atop the train’s caboose, but MM Link switches tactics. Mid-dodge, he equips the Zora Mask. The sleek aquatic form glides with fluidity, throwing dual boomerang fins that arc through the air like homing blades.

They ricochet off rail signs and lampposts, forcing ST Link to abandon his high ground. The Spirit Train vanishes, tracks dissolving beneath its wheels.

ST Link swaps to Phantom Armor, towering like an iron titan. Each stomp shakes debris loose.

The Mask of Nightmares

MM Link responds by donning the Gibdo Mask — the battlefield falls eerily silent. The aura causes Phantom Zelda to hesitate, allowing MM Link to slip past ST Link’s guard and strike pressure points with razor fins.

But ST Link isn’t inexperienced. He remembers his own spirit trials — fear doesn’t control him. He counters with spin attacks, heavy armor cleaving the air.

The Tides Turn

ST Link channels energy into his blade, a full-power charged sword spin. MM Link is forced into evasive maneuvers — switching back to Hylian form to roll, slide, duck.

He pulls the Hero’s Bow, the same relic that felled Twinmold’s twin serpents. Lightning arrows streak outward, striking the Phantom armor’s weak seams. Sparks explode. Zelda’s spirit staggers.

MM Link dashes forward, Mask of Zora on again — and uses the boomerang fins as melee, slicing close-quarters, pressuring ST Link away from Phantom Zelda.

The Final Exchange

With Zelda’s spirit weakened, the Phantom armor loses cohesion. ST Link leaps free — he’s stronger on his own feet anyway. He draws the Lokomo Sword, its sacred energy tracing musical glyphs in the air.

Spirit Tracks Link lunges.

Majora’s Mask Link counters with the Bunny Hood — reflexes double, movement exploding to lightning speed. He sidesteps at the last instant and runs up the wall, flips off a banner rod, and lands behind ST Link.

A final Zora spin — the fins slice, not lethal, but decisive.

ST Link staggers. His weapon slips from his grasp.

He kneels.

The crowd erupts.

🏆 Winner: Majora’s Mask Link

Through versatility, mask-based counters, and lightning-fast adaptation, MM Link outmaneuvers and dismantles ST Link’s strategic battlefield control.

🌩️ Semifinal Match: Tears of the Kingdom Link vs Ocarina of Time Link

Tears of the Kingdom Link wins.

This is the duel most fans debate:
• Ocarina Link — the original prodigy, trained by sages, honed against Dark Link, with the purest and most refined Master Sword discipline.
• TotK Link — the experimental survivor, empowered by Zonai magic, with Recall, Ultrahand, Fuse, and real battlefield engineering.

They are not just warriors.
They are interpretations of strategy.

🌾 Phase 1 — The First Exchange

Both walk in slowly. No tricks.
No projectiles. No magic.

Just two heroes drawing steel.

TotK Master Sword (glowing, restored)

vs.

OoT Master Sword (Purified, Sage-blessed)

The first clashing flurry is blindingly fast:
• OoT Link uses hop-steps and shield bumps —
the maneuvers he learned in Gerudo training.
• TotK Link interrupts with JAB → shield parry →
and a timing-reset spin.

The sound is pure metal.

OoT Link tries to bait a Flurry Rush opening.
TotK Link doesn’t bite — he waits.

OoT Link nods once.

They begin fighting for real.

🛡️ Phase 2 — Technique vs Technology

OoT Link swaps to a classic:
Bombchu + Hookshot.

He releases a Bombchu low,
forcing TotK Link to hop back—

—only to get pulled forward by the Hookshot.

He’s stunned for just half a second—
and OoT Link punishes hard with a Jump Slash.

TotK Link tank-rolls out,
then uses Recall on the Bombchu,
sending it racing back toward OoT Link.

That gets a reaction.
OoT Link barely shield-rolls to safety.

TotK Link smirks.

He draws a Zonai bow with a fused Shock Keese eyeball.
One arrow becomes an auto-tracking electric bolt.

OoT Link raises his shield—
The arrow curves around it and tags him in the ribs.

A stagger.

The crowd loses its mind.

🕳️ Phase 3 — Experience Breaks Patterns

Jolts don’t rattle Ocarina Link.
He has taken hits before, from Volvagia and Bongo Bongo.

He doesn’t try to out-tech TotK Link.

He does what he has always done:
he studies the rhythm.

He starts moving like a Dark Link mirror:
• Minimal steps
• Fluid parries
• Tiny pivots
• Zero wasted motion

TotK Link swings the Master Sword —
OoT Link perfect-shields the exact angle.

TotK Link swaps to:
• Zonai Spear fused with a horn
• Rocket Shield (experimental)

He charges forward — rocket blast ignited—

OoT Link times it:
Spin Attack at the apex, clipping him mid-air.

TotK Link is thrown like a ragdoll.

That’s when OoT Link goes in for the kill.

🔥 Phase 4 — The Edge of Death

OoT Link draws his Biggoron Sword.

Not elegant.
Not clever.
Not subtle.

Just pure destructive reach.

He swings sideways—
TotK Link rolls late —
and the blade bites deep into his side.

Blood hits the ground.

TotK Link gasps.

OoT Link has him.

He raises the Biggoron Sword overhead—
The same posture he used to slay Ganon.

The arena goes quiet.

TotK Link whispers:

“Recall.”

OoT Link realizes he’s holding the strike too soon.

The Biggoron Sword rips backwards—
up and away—
pulled into the air by its own previous swing.

TotK Link slips beneath the arc,
eyes glowing green.

🧠 Phase 5 — The Zonai Mind

OoT Link tries to re-center—
but TotK Link becomes a builder mid-battle.

He slaps a spiked-panel + fan + rocket together with Ultrahand in seconds.

A drifting, hovering death-chariot.

OoT Link dives-rolls away—
The panel slams down, exploding on impact.

TotK Link uses the smoke to close distance,
switches weapons mid-sprint:

Master Sword + Silver Lynel horn fuse.

The blade now has monster-tier cutting power.

He swings—
OoT Link blocks—
and the shield cracks.

OoT Link sees it:
This Link doesn’t just have tools.
He weaponizes everything.

So he answers with the opposite:
mastery.

🌈 Phase 6 — The Hero of Time Ascends

OoT Link activates Light Arrows.

Not for sniping—
but for melee.

He channels divine light through the Master Sword
like in the final duel atop the tower.

Every swing becomes a miniature solar flare.

TotK Link can’t parry.
He’s fighting the chosen of the sages.

A shoulder hit burns him.
A follow-up slash sears across the shield.

TotK Link is forced to disengage—
Revali-style leap—
Sky diving backward.

OoT Link grapples upward with Longshot,
closing the distance in the air.

They crash together mid-flight—

Master Sword to Master Sword—

And the clash detonates like thunder.

🏁 Phase 7 — The Breaking Point

This is the moment neither can outthink the other.

TotK Link goes supertech:
• Rocket shield
• Zonai hover
• Fused blade
• Bomb flower arrow

OoT Link goes divine:
• Biggoron Sword feints
• Master Sword finishing stance
• Light Arrow channeling

Both swing at the same moment.

One hits body.
One hits weapon.

And we freeze.
TotK Link wins.
