I’ve just shared a new session we've been calling "The Un-Binding." While editing this footage, I was struck by how much tension we carry without even realizing it. This video isn't about fast movements or loud noises; it’s about a slow, rhythmic mobilization that gradually coaxes that tension out. There is one particular moment of release in here, a deep joint pop, that felt like the perfect "un-binding" of all that stored-up pressure and tension.

That level of intentionality is something we’ve spent years focusing on in our Houston studio. It’s also why we are so particular about the products we use.

I’ve mentioned this to our members, but these are not Temu-to-amazon-white-label gimmicks. The botanicals in our shop are actually hand-harvested by my a childhood friend of here in Texas who, *if she can't grow it herself* travels to the source to harvest it with her own hands! I am blown away by her dedication. When you combine 15 years of professional therapy experience with ingredients that are lovingly picked by hand, the result is something really special.
