Final TIFF Predictions:

Hamnet is the one I’m the most confident will place in the top 3.

Wake Up Dead Man is the one I’m the second most confident will place in the top 3.

I’m predicting Nirvanna: The Band, The Show, The Movie because it is a Canadian film so maybe they can go for it for that reason.

I think Eternity also has a good shot at placing but I have that right on the outside.

The buzz for Rental Family is weirdly muted so my feeling now is that it doesn’t win People’s Choice and I have a weird gut feeling that it won’t even place. If the latter happens, it’s gone. It’s still possible it just places all along though.

Maybe No Other Choice, Roofman, Sentimental Value, and It Was Just An Accident can place too.
