Hello Lovelies. I just wanted to pop in and confirm the name change for this channel: from Logstead to Forest Ply. The reason for it is: I am planning to small batch dye yarn. Having given this much mulling and prayer, it is something I am deeply excited about. I am only in the very beginnings, but you will see process clips in videos in the future.
I have been practicing recording, to hone a bit more skill for my presence here. Learning to work with a new mic and sound boards has been fun. Content will remain as it has been, with the twist of recording partially in shot. It is tricky to get the sound creation balanced with being close enough for you to see what's going on with yarn, knitting, and objects I handle. Also, it could be that I have been a chicken to show my face more. Yes, that could be a large part of it. 🫣
I hope you will continue to craft along with my atmospheric content. Still trying to live my best creative life here 🤍
