Dance Of The Dead is the debut track from Kadaver Dogs, the latest musical collaboration between Deangersmith and Marq Vas. The project follows on from their acclaimed Philistine venture, which culminated in the release of the 2024 album Serinun.

Originally hailing from South Africa, both musicians have deep roots in the country's metal scene, dating back to the mid-to-late 1980s. Dean forged his reputation as a member of several pioneering metal acts, including Ragnärok, Odyssey, and 2 Dogs Funking and Brothering, while Marq became known as the charismatic frontman of the controversial MetalMorphosis. Throughout the years, their paths frequently crossed as they shared stages and audiences during the formative years of South African metal.

Now based in the United Kingdom, the duo have reunited their formidable creative forces to unleash Kadaver Dogs. Blending decades of experience, raw energy, and a fearless approach to heavy music, Dance Of The Dead serves as a powerful introduction to a project that promises to leave its mark on the modern metal landscape.
