HOW WE ALL DOING TODAY SHAKABRAHS?!?!
For Next Week's Content Schedule, you'll be seeing the following things.

Fusion is a neat GBA Crash port that I have played in the past before. Remember it being quite fun.
Had a small go on Super Mario Kart a few days ago and it's really good!
Jackass The Game for the DS has a brilliant Dodge-ball Mini-game.
Smackdown 2 plays very well on Duckstation and I no longer have audio delays on it.
The Speaking Shorts have been on my mind lately and want to do them, especially the one about Life Is Strange Reunion. The thoughts have been going into overdrive.

In terms of Long Form, playing the original version of Driver 1 will be good because I have never finished it!!! Never gotten past the fecken Car Park =-).
For No Return, my awesome sister will give me some stipulations about who to be and what to do............that's me fecked=-()

I've been really expanding my emulator capabilities in the last couple of days (PS1, GBA, SNES, GBC, PSP and DS) and it has opened up so many games that weren't do-able or obtainable on my previous Phone. It's so cool because I can see some cool things for Content (Duckstation has a free camera and yours truly is a massive Boundary Break fan) and personal gaming (Driver 3 GBA, Imagine Happy Cooking is an old but underrated game).
So glad I opened up the Emulator Can again.
Expect some cool titles over time on the channel.

HOW ARE WE DOING SHAKABRAHS?!

For next week's Content Schedule, you'll be seeing the following games here.
A nice blend of current and old school, from emulators to Playstation 5.
Since the last post, I have found a Nintendo DS Emulator that works like a charm! Have some classics already ready to go.
I also thought (as I didn't do it this week) I'll stick to Long Forms instead of Livestreams. With the vast array of games across the different systems, there's loads of potential for doing episodes on games like LifeSigns (an old and underrated DS Classic) and for doing the occasional speaking video (will be working on some ideas over time). Livestreaming is cool and all but my bread and butter is in the more current format (blending different things together).

WHAT UP FELLOW HUMANS!

I have been doing some experimenting with emulation tools, like PPSSPP and EPSXE on the Laptop (been watching a lot of old school PS2 game videos and got the bug again for emulation). So far, most of the games have worked!
Things like Driver 76, Crash Bandicoot, Micro Machines V4 and so on have passed the test. It made me realize that I was putting too much pressure on my old phone with things like Stuntman and Starsky & Hutch. Needed to try things that didn't stress the chosen device. That hasn't happened so far on the Laptop.
Thinking of some oddball games, like The Emperor's New Groove and V Rally. We'll see how the rest of it goes.

HOLA FECKERS!!

For next week, you'll be seeing the following games on the channel, for both Shorts and Livestreams.
The port of Driver 1 is PC (underrated Port). Haven't played it in over a decade.
MyRise is a fantastic Career Mode with thrills, betrayals and some great storytellng.
Wreckfest has some wacky mayhen, kind of like the old Burnout/Flatout games.

Hopefully you're all ok.

I've been thinking on what to do with Long Forms in a variety of ways (mixing Long Videos and Livestreams, just Long Videos, etc) and have come to a conclusion.. starting next week, I'll be Livestreaming twice a week!
It's something that yours truly was pondering over and looking at what's on the PS5, that is the decision.
We have such a selection to pick from (can imagine some No Return, some Neighborhood Watch, some GTA San Andreas) it's exciting!!!
Last time Livestreaming was on the channel, my Content Creator style wasn't healthy and accommodating for it. Times have changed and we ready to Stream again!
One will be at the start of the week and the other will be on the Friday of the week.

ACTUAL CHANNEL UPDATE!

For a few weeks, I've been researching different Laptops to save up for and after lots of digging, a realisation has kicked in. Going for a high end one when yours truly isn't the most experienced at PC Gaming outside of what you've seen is unrealistic.
So, in comes an old contender.....a PS5!!
The solution has been in front of me the whole time🤣
I can send Short Recordings to my current Laptop via a USB Stick to edit and have a wide crop of games to enjoy for both personal and Content Creation (Playstation has a lot of indie looking games that seem cute AF).
Have some games that I am really looking forward to bringing back to the channel (like NO RETURN!!!!!).

So.....................the Livestream happened.............and as expected.......Chloe is back................
There are many feelings with this happening..and none of them are good.
Typing this out while the feelings are strong, although I will be mature and repsectful.
Before the inevitable happened, I was actually kind of excited. Caledon University is back, the setting is as beautiful as ever, supporting characters like Vinh return, the music in the background seems nice.....then the penny dropped=-(
Chloe turned up.....
This is absolutely what I expected. It's so wrong to see her back with everything that happened from the first game.
The way they're telling is as well (via Rhianna DeVries and Hannah Telle) with the merged timelines is bad. It basically means you are bringing someone back from the dead. I know it's a video game but sometimes there should be limitations on who should be brought back or not. It ruins the emotional impact of Life Is Strange 1.
Seeing the amount of people commenting on the Reveal Trailer and the actual Livestream is genuinely disappointing. I have expressed before that the fandom can contain a fair amount of rose tinted Pricefield folk but it's almost dialed up to an unbelievable level (it was already big).
Life Is Strange has been an anthology series for quite some time. Going from Arcadia Bay to Colorado to Seattle was always really good. You get a fresh set of characters, a lovely new place to explore and more sub stories. Yes I said that seeing Caledon University was good but that comes with a twist. You are using a former place when a new setting would be nice (even Before The Storm is guilty of that).
The whole game (from top to bottom) feels like damage control because SO MANY people dumped all over Double Exposure and it's lack of Chloe. The game was very incredible in many ways (still think about it a lot) as it was great seeing Max try to exist outside of the Chloe vortex. Hannah Telle said it was her healing game........so much for needing space to heal from everything that happened. It's almost like Max cannot exist without Chloe, which makes her pretty one note.
I will always appreciate the former games for the impact they left, the characters they shared, the music I listen to and the memories but.......that is it for me.
The series has (to be honest) been flawed for years but in the last couple of years, my own rose tinted nostalgia has faded and I can't ignore it anymore. Per this, there will be no more Life Is Strange content made. I still love seeing the varying comments on what has been made.
