I used to wake up drowning 😫

Before my feet hit the floor, my mind was already splitting into pieces…

Husband. Dad. Business owner. Content creator. Leader.
Provider. Therapist. Coach. Brother. Problem-solver.

Every role screaming for my attention.

No wonder I felt heavy.
