(((Yes, I always call him "The Joker", not just "Joker" and not even "the" "Joker". It just feels polite to do.)))
Would love opinions: what is this black thing behind Sgt. Singer??? Possibilities listed below:
1.) A shadow? It’s so R O U N D and has a weird top though, and why doesn’t his legs have a shadow too???
2.) A... speaker? Can you find an image of a speaker in this shape?
3.) An image on the wall. Of what you may ask? Who's to say.
4.) A ̶̧̲͍̫̠̼̭̘̄́̑̋̄̏̆̏̑͆̕ ̵̞̰̲͎̙̌́̍̑̌͜ ̸͔̭͉̞̟̹͍̭̤̪͍̥̆̋̿̾͌̆.̸̛̑̆̆̏̈́͜,̴̡͔͇̰̹̩̞̚͠ͅ.̴̛͚̪̣̬̺̎̓͒̌̽͂̌͐͂͠>̴́͐͂̽͗̋̎͜͠<̴̢̬̠̗͍̺͍̭̥̌͋̌̋ͅ.̷̳̯̑̍̽͌̇̇͂͛̕,̸̨̧̦̫̭͍͈̣͂̽͋̀̓͂̃̔̀̐̋̒͐̊̆͒͝.̴͔̠̯̲̻͚̼̹̂̔͐͜<̴̢̡̢̛̰̫̰̻̮͎̱̻̗̣̪͈͉̝̌<̶̡̮̭̮͇͈̲̹͂̚ö̸̧͉̮̥̼͉͍͎͕̝͇͓̤̰́͊̾̔͠ͅÒ̶̢̪͙̹̯͇̤̺̠̘͉̼̘̒͘.

Proposed at 17:38 in https://youtu.be/86LH1zPCqkg my newest video! ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ I highly recommend watching the vid for context, but hey, I don't control you \ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ/ THE QUESTION IS: Who's COSMETICS are pictured in the only image I have of the Care-O-Lot Castle animatronic show installed at Dufan Park???
((ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ Dude, bro, this emote is great. It's a bear. Amazing. ʕ•ᴥ•ʔʕ•ᴥ•ʔʕ•ᴥ•ʔʕ•ᴥ•ʔʕ•ᴥ•ʔʕ•ᴥ•ʔʕ•ᴥ•ʔʕ•ᴥ•ʔʕ•ᴥ•ʔ))
A week after I finished filming the Banana Splits deep dive video, news of ANOTHER attempt at a Banana Split pilot in 2014 came to surface! Between the 2008 shorts and the 2016 pilot, Warner Bros commissioned artist Tom Megalis to make two characters into stop motion puppets for a potential animated series. A Drooper and Bingo puppet were made and- that’s it! The pilot was scrapped. RIP once again to the Splits. And their goofy-looking puppets. The two puppets were put up for sale in November and (to my knowledge) are still available if you want a lil’ piece of Split history.
This was brought to my attention a couple of months ago by viewer Beartronica! Thank you for letting me know! You can check out the insta post where Tom Megalis introduces the two puppets here: www.instagram.com/tommegalis/reel/DBhnQVepfL_/
Is the man little or the bear freakin' massive? Humongous. Big. This week, the only clip I've ever seen of the animatronics at Rockin' Rollie's was posted! Watch Brett (the lil' man) talk about them here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ls2s7...
My newest (unrelated) video will be up this Monday UuU
You may remember that in my Capt'n Andy video, I wasn't able to find any images of the Chicken Little Trio animatronic show that was located in the Enchanted Forest, MD. I searched for an embarrassingly long time for any scraps before forcing myself to s t o p. Welp, it was only a few weeks later MULTIPLE PHOTOS were posted: www.instagram.com/p/C-acuA6Jz8S/ <Go on over there, show some love, and LOOK AT THEM. The Chicken Little Trio! The three characters were named Giggle-Achi, Buck Berry, and Chicken Little. I'm unsure which is named Giggle-Achi or Buck Berry, but I do have a hunch on which one is Chicken Little.
☼ The photos were first uploaded by Nan Sherman on her website (now defunct). She said this about the show: "[The] unique 8-minute original musical show titled “The Enchanted Day” [was presented] behind glass and was computer programmed and controlled. The show played daily at the Enchanted Forest Playhouse located in the bottom level rear of Robin Hood Barn and Gift Shop. [...] The 2-story building was totally devastated by arson on Saturday, January 6, 1990 doing $75,000 damage. The Chicken Little Trio is believed to have been destroyed in this fire, though the armature of the red figure may have been saved."
☼ The show's creator, Edward D. Hilbert, had this to say about his first show: "In 1980, Mr. Harrison [the owner of Enchanted Forest] called again and asked me to think about an animated stage show for Enchanted Forest. I got together with David DeBoy and Brent Hardesty, and we started to write a musical show. [...] We created the animated characters in my studio, and Enchanted Forest started to build the stage and auditorium based on my blueprints. [Months later, it] took us a few days until all three stars were placed [and] their wires and air hoses were connected. [We] checked out all spotlights and speakers. We made sure the stage curtain moved with the correct speed […] We double-checked the “Applause” sign, [...] then we had to make the final programming for all moving parts. […] It was about 10 PM when we started with the demonstration. The Harrisons and a few park employees [sat in the] chairs and anxiously waited to see [...] our presentation. Our little show worked exactly as it should. […] The success of this show placed [Unique Designs] on the map. We created animated stage productions for […] theme parks from Long Island, NY, to Long Beach, California. Then the tragic fire happened, and ended the life of [The Chicken Little Trio]. The fire hit me personally […] because this was my “First Animated Show”. Luckily, I made a video recording […] I still have and treasure that tape."
☼ Yo? There's a tape of the Chicken Little Trio out there? Edward, man, you can't do this to me.
I've been meaning to post this update for months, lol, THANK YOU to everyone who went out of their way to send the Chicken Little Trio images to me over the past couple of months! I can't get back to everyone, but I do appreciate it.
