What to do when you have an extra 20 pounds of green tomatoes?

Well even if you have a few pounds of green tomatoes that you want to process in some way, you can make green tomato hamburger relish.

What you need:
2 pounds green tomatoes
2 green peppers
1 red or yellow pepper
1 can tomato paste
1 large onion
1 Tablespoon salt
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 cup water

Roughly chop the veggies then put them in the food processor or number 1 in the vitamix.

Put everything in a pot, cook to a boil for 30 minutes. Pour hot relish into clean jars rim wiped. Hot waterbath for 10 minutes from rolling boil.

According to over 20 geographical textbooks and papers the world is actually divided into 10 divisions or regions.

1- North America
2 - Latin America
3 - Europe
4 - Russia and ’neighbours’
5 Sub-Saharan Africa
6 - North Africa and Southwest Asia
7 - East Asia
8 - South Asia
9 - Southeast Asia
10 - Australia and Oceania

The geographers base these divisions on 4 factors:

1-Location and presence of bodies of water
2-Language
3-Climate
4-Physical and cultural similarities

It seems whatever country or continent we live in and THINK is independant really at the end of the day may not be at all 🤔
