Hi, my friends! 🤗🎄 I've decided to take a quick 'lil break during this festive time of December, so that I have some time to pause and slow down a bit during the Holidays. That means I won't have a video ready this weekend.

I am working on two videos for the end of 2025 & the start of 2026 though, so stay tuned! 😄🍵 I'll post more about that later.

I want to thank each of you, from the bottom of my heart, for being a part of the Simple Happy Zen community. I'm so thankful for all your support, it means more to me than I could ever say. ❤️ I wish you all a very merry festive season. See you again very soon!

Hi, my friends! Normally there would be a new video today, but I'm taking this week off. 😊

It's been very nice, having time to read and rest. We also had a fun concert, and I've been enjoying making some Dutch treats, like stoofperen (stewed pears) and pannenkoeken (Dutch pancakes).

I'll be back to work on Monday, and then I have some fun videos planned for November and December that I can't wait to share with you all!

Thank you all so much for your wonderful and heartfelt comments on my latest video! Reading them made me feel so glad I decided to make it. Sending you all a giant digital hug. ❤️🤗

I loved what some of you said as a reaction to my comment about still feeling a bit broken inside, about the image of kintsugi (the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery):
