💔 You weren’t just broken… you were being built.

Every crack, every tear, every silent scream in the midnight hour—He saw it. And He wasn’t absent. He was shaping you. Not for shame, but for strength. Not to bury you, but to birth something sacred in you.

This is not the end. It’s the forming.
The fire didn’t consume you—it refined you.

✨ You are becoming. Trust the hands that hold your pieces.

@TheTruth commented on my video about Kwame Brown, and how he is positively impacting “black love,” while Kevin Samuels (in my opinion) is tearing down black women while Derrick Jaxin (in my opinion) is tearing down black men…

When I went to reply to the comment, which I really appreciated, it was gone. So, I wanted to reply here. He (I’m assuming he is a male, but I’m not positive) went on to say that Samuels says just as horrible of things to black men. I have seen him interview a male and he did indeed tear the man down as well.

But here is why, in my opinion, it’s harmful to our community (the black community) for a man… any man, but especially this man, to do this to women. This man and many of the other who call themselves gurus are creating the very pain and brokenness in women that they then go on to chastise them for.

If you are a man who didn’t do right by your daughter… then you in fact created a woman that may have these same hang ups that you speak against.

If you are a man who has abused (verbally and emotionally included), manipulated, cheated on or dogged a woman… many women usually , then you have created these very same hang ups that you now speak against. Just as someone may have done to the mother who did her best to raise you.

To speak out in anger and in harshness as Samuels does, is showing your bitterness…often first toward the early women in your life. To speak out in a way that tells women that black men ain’t no good, as Jaxin does, is also misleading them from their true nature, which is to love and trust men. If they lose that through the man’s actions, then ok, but don’t be a man doing the very thing you to women to leave their men for…again… then you are a liar.

Speak to women in truth and in love… love of and for the hoped for outcome by sharing your own experiences with Women’s negative behaviors… and then women will listen and respect you! That’s what Kwame is doing and why I believe he’s helping.

But, again, every comment is heard, respected, and appreciated! Thank you @The Truth

Honestly, I witnessed a lot of the conversations before and after his visit and many people were unimpressed by his words and some felt that because of who he is his words were worth listening to. I just have to honestly say that in my opinion, his response and mannerisms seemed to be one of someone who became an entrepreneur with a lot of help and money that many of us did not have access to. I feel it was cold, unempathetic, and shows exactly why I’m glad I did things the hard way and I’m glad I depended on God for my business and not man because we all need words of affirmation and encouragement at sometime as business owners. Anyone who thinks otherwise... 🤔 But, I also choose to always take a positive perspective on things and I’m glad he said what he said because it confirmed what I discerned about some things. What are your thoughts? Is his statement 👍 or 👍 #ichoosetolistenandlearn #hesaidwhathesaid #elonmusk #thingsthatmakeyougohmmmmm #boybye👋 #shesaboutbusiness #wordsofaffirmations #wordsofmyfather

#thegoodlife is letting go of folks who got all the judgement in the world when their insides look like a PETTY Mess honey! Stop stressing about them and when you see them, wave and smile because you’re good on the inside and let them continue to be pruned faced and hard hearted... especially when you haven’t done anything to them. If you did do something, fix it, but if not allow God to deal with the hearts of men! Because, real children of God don’t judge according to their own hearts, but according to God’s Word! They state His Word, and if they’re true friends, they love you and pray for you until you get it right! But, who wants a petty heart praying for them?? No thanks!! #shesaboutbusiness #pettyhearts #girlbye #boybye #goodriddance
