Flexible Pan Change System for Different Tablet Coating Requirements

The PTK PC-C 620 features a replaceable drum system with 500 mm, 600 mm, and 700 mm drum options, allowing one coating system to accommodate different production requirements.

Each drum size provides a different working volume and output capacity. The 500 mm drum offers a working volume of 4.0–7.0 L with an output capacity of 2.8–4.9 kg, while the 600 mm drum provides 9.0–16.0 L of working volume and 6.3–11.2 kg of output capacity. For larger batch requirements, the 700 mm drum provides 17.0–28.0 L of working volume and an output capacity of 11.9–19.6 kg.

With a pan speed of up to 20 rpm, the PC-C 620 can be configured with the appropriate drum size according to batch requirements and production conditions. The removable drum structure also provides easier access for cleaning, inspection, and maintenance.

By combining multiple drum sizes in a single coating system, the PC-C 620 provides flexibility in batch capacity while maintaining a practical configuration for different production needs.
