Weekend here we come! I hope you've had a great week. Several of you asked to see what I painted to put in my tiny vintage frame that I shared in a full thrift haul via Shorts several weeks ago. I finally had time to sit down and make a miniature of blue hydrangeas. I think it pulls the colors out of the frame perfectly. What do you think? I used watercolors on watercolor paper and it was very easy to do. If you've never tried your hand at painting I highly suggest trying something new this weekend. 😊You can pick up inexpensive watercolor sets at Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, Ross, or other craft stores like Michaels.

Hello and happy Sunday! I have a new video to share with you today. I never intended to be off this long and have missed you all. After our trip and the wedding we attended I ended up getting sick. It was a nasty upper respiratory infection with bronchitis. It really set me back in terms of what I had planned for the end of May and beginning of June. But, that's life and we do our best and carry on.

Hi everyone! I'm back! ☺️ I never intended to be away from you this long but May was a whirlwind of fun activities. We had a wonderful time on our 30th anniversary trip to Scotland. It is a beautiful country and place I've wanted to visit most of my adult life. Our days were packed full of castles, hikes, historical places, and delicious food. As soon as we got off the plane back home we were off traveling again for a wedding. It is a special thing to see a couple start their new life together. After Memorial Day I hope to get settled back into my routine of life and weekly videos. 🤞
