Hello everyone! I can not believe February is here! According to Google AI, "February is often described as a month of transition, love, and quiet hope, marking the bridge between harsh winter and coming spring. As the shortest month, it represents a "second chance" for new beginnings and lasting change, encouraging self-love and gentle growth before spring arrives." I feel like that is very accurate.

I'm so sad I missed my usual video upload today. It is almost ready to go but there has been utility work in the alley behind my house all week and the construction noise could be heard when I tried to voiceover. I plan to get it uploaded the first part of this week so be on the lookout for that!

My week was been full of dilly dallying around the house, appointments, snuggling up with my sweet fur baby, hanging out with friends, a little thrifting, and other homemaking responsibilities. What have you been up to? I hope it has been a beautiful balance of work and rest!

Hi friends! Chances are if you live in the continental United States then you are about to get severe winter weather over the next few days. It currently feels like -4 degrees where I am and the ice/snow is forecasted to start soon. Y'all stay safe, warm, and don't get out unless you absolutely have to. I'm praying that there are minimal power outages as I know that is likely to happen in the areas getting more ice than snow. If you have specific prayer requests please drop a comment below. Hi everyone! I hope you had a very merry Christmas if you celebrate our Savior's birth. And, I hope you are ready for the New Year which is also my birthday. I took this week off to celebrate and spend time with family so I don't have a new video for you this week. If you got busy and missed one of my latest videos this gives you time to go back and watch! I appreciate all of your support throughout this past year. I love being able to share my home with you each week. I will be back to work tomorrow and am ready for all the fun homemaking adventures we will have together in 2026!

My holiday season started off with getting sick AND having a leak under my bathtub all at the same time! Satan tried but did not steal the joy from our Christmas! The plumber fixed the leak in record time and I am here to say, get the shots at the doctor's office because two shots and an antibiotic got me over my sinus infection quick!
