No Regrets Personal Training is a Studio in Melbourne Australia that specialize in Functional Strength Training, Injury Rehabilitation, Core Strength Training & Sports Specific Training principles. Our videos provide great resource tools, tips, exercises, workouts, nutrition information and everything to do with health and fitness to make sure you get results!
Many of these videos relate injuries and chronic problems relating to hip, knee, lower back and shoulders. For over 20 years I have worked as a trainer specializing in working with chronic injuries and weaknesses that modern health seems to fail consistently with helping people recover from. Many of these videos are inspired by the results of working with real clients and some of the videos even show these clients performing the exercises.

It's never too late to start strength training and the people who need it the most are older adults and females. The fear or hurting yourself is nowhere near as bad as the danger or being weak and unstable.

Most people focus on Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for total protein, but they don’t think about how much of each amino acid they might need.
Protein is made up of amino acids that act as building blocks for cells and tissues in the body. There are 20 amino acids that combine to form proteins. While some can be synthesized by the human body, others cannot. The nine amino acids that the body cannot make are called essential amino acids.
These must be obtained through diet.
