Star Wars Update

Just back from seeing "The Mandalorian and Grogu", I wasn't blown away, although it was definitely entertaining in parts. The pacing was a bit all over the place, there were many drawn out and long boring scenes and it just felt like a bunch of episodes of The Mandalorian connected together, but I suppose how could it not. No spoilers but there is a very big easter egg from "A New Hope" in it so that was cool.

I have a question though, why does The Mandalorian have a moustache under that helmet? Surely that's a style choice. Why would he shave the beard but keep the tash??

Filming the practical Probe Droid model (Finse, Norway, March 1979) for The Empire Strikes Back. This is when you had to set up a physical track for something like this to move, no need for that today (and no need to physically build the model or even travel to the snow in Norway).

It is really Sir Alec Guinness, it is a clip of him reading from his book "A Positively Final Appearance". He recorded a number of audiobooks before his death. It can be found online or purchased on Audio CD.
