The Only Speaker Who Also Delivers a White House State Dinner - Event Attendance Game-Changer! "I loved the food, and I loved the authentic flavors" - Sophia Loren.

"This Keynote Speaker Doesn’t Just Talk — He Feeds the Room Like the White House” - Senator Todd Young

“Why Event Planners Book This White House Chef to Blow Out Attendance" - Connie Beard

What if your keynote speaker didn’t just inspire your audience… but gave them an experience they’d talk about for years?

I’m Marti Mongiello — former White House Master Chef and international keynote speaker with more than three decades on stages across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

This speaker reel showcases a rare, proven format:
a high-impact keynote paired with a complete White House–style luncheon or state dinner, produced and executed for audiences ranging from intimate leadership groups to conferences of a thousand guests or more.

When my participation is announced, attendance rises.
When guests arrive, expectations are high.
When they leave, reviews are exceptional.

Why? Because this isn’t just a speech.

It’s leadership storytelling.
It’s experiential hospitality.

It’s a transformation of the entire event atmosphere — where inspiration meets the table, and ideas are served alongside a world-class White House dining experience.

Event organizers, meeting planners, and convention producers don’t just book a keynote.

They deliver a moment their audience will remember — and talk about — long after the lights go down.

If you’re looking to elevate your brand, increase registration, and turn your event into something unforgettable…welcome to the table.

A Holiday Message to the World — every path welcome

This season arrives the way it always has: with light, meaning, and the quiet reminder that humanity is at its best when it remembers one simple truth—belonging matters.

The real issue this time of year isn’t whose belief is right or wrong. It’s whether we remember to respect one another while holding fast to what we believe. The world has never been singular in its faiths, traditions, or philosophies—and that diversity isn’t a flaw. It’s a strength polished over thousands of years.

People honor this season through Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Pagan paths, Wiccan traditions, Satanism, Indigenous and ancestral practices, humanism, science, philosophy—or simply by living with integrity and kindness. Some mark the days with prayer, some with ritual, some with fire and moonlight, some with candles and songs, and some with quiet reflection. Every one of those paths deserves dignity.

Here’s the plain truth, no wrapping paper required:
Respect costs nothing.
Kindness multiplies.
And love—real love—has never needed uniformity.

Light doesn’t argue. It appears.
A solstice fire.
A Sabbath candle.
A prayer rug.
A Christmas tree glowing in a dark room.
A promise made under the stars to do right by others.

The holidays remind us that we don’t have to agree to stand together. Civilization moves forward when we choose curiosity over contempt and compassion over fear.

So wherever you are—beneath a tree, beside a fire, under the moon, in a church, temple, home, forest, or a moment of stillness—know this:

You matter.
Your beliefs deserve respect.
Your way of honoring time is valid.
And hope remains one of humanity’s oldest and wisest traditions.

From my heart to the whole wide world: peace, respect, courage, and a little laughter to keep us honest.

The light is returning.
Always has.

We truly are proud of our veterans - and it showed with the historic ESGR Signing and 9-11 Memorial Ceremony at the Pentagon and at the US Chamber of Commerce - all during the Veterans Ready Summit in Washington, DC, for 2025. What a great event!

Quickly thereafter, we showcased US Navy vet, Bill Thibeault, with his movie proposal of Seventy-Four. "Seventy Four" refers to the tragic 1969 collision involving the USS Frank E. Evans (DD-754) and the Australian carrier HMAS Melbourne, which resulted in the deaths of 74 U.S. sailors, often called the "Lost 74," who were serving originally in the designated and verified waters of Vietnam, but later were detailed to escort a ship not in a designated combat zone, leading to ongoing efforts to have them recognized on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall. The dead sailors were sent to Vietnam and served in the legal waters of Vietnam and the Vietnam War.

Last week in Washington, D.C., the Veteran Ready Summit proved it’s more than a conference—it’s a mission in motion. Industry, workforce leaders, and veteran advocates gathered to turn veteran hiring into real pipelines and real outcomes. Lunches were a highlight: menus built from Presidential Culinary Museum chef recipes, including White House Master Chef Marti Mongiello, and delivered with the top-tier teamwork of Founding Farmers Catering. Before each meal, Chef Marti gave a quick intro—what the dishes were, where they came from, and the stories everyone was about to taste. Stormy Mongiello received an award, on-stage, at the Women's Military Memorial and Museum at Arlington National Cemetery!

The week rolled toward nearly 1,000 at Friday night’s dinner, then to Wreaths Across America, with millions of wreaths and us at Arlington. At the Pentagon, the first wreath at the 9/11 Memorial was placed with solemn care as we cheered.

We assembled at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce building for a signature moment: Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer addressed the crowd, after Brad Bentley, and a brand-new Kenworth truck was awarded to U.S. Army veteran Charles Jones, Jr.

Major credit to the sponsors who made it happen—especially Tenstreet and FASTPORT — and gold medals of The Distinguished Service Medal from the United States Presidential Service Center were awarded to Bryon Wiebold (Tenstreet) and Dave Harrison (FASTPORT). Forward always.

What an outstanding few days at the Veteran Ready Summit in Washington, D.C.—a conference rich with purpose, passion, and real-world impact.

From powerful conversations to meaningful connections, this summit brought together leaders who don’t just talk about supporting veterans—they do the work. The energy in the room was electric, the collaboration genuine, and the commitment to serving those who have served us unmistakable. We loved all of the folks who enjoyed the Presidential cuisine of the first families each day - and each meal - as well as cocktails of Taft, Teddy Roosevelt, and FDR.

Grateful for the friendships strengthened, the ideas sparked, and the momentum carried forward. Washington, D.C. delivered—and our veterans are better for it. www.veteranreadysummit.org

As a disabled and injured veteran who’s dragged these boots through OIF, OEF, and five long deployments into each grain of desert sand the world could throw at me, I’m mighty proud of our vetrepreneurs out there crushing it in the workforce. We vets are still kicking and have a lot to give to America. My wife, Chef Stormy — also a disabled veteran and tougher than a $2 steak — and I work side-by-side every day in the U.S. Presidential Culinary Museum, keeping history hot and the stories simmering.

We welcome everybody to Washington, D.C., to eat, learn, shake hands, swap cards, win contracts, and celebrate as friends at the Veteran Ready Summit on December 10th and 11th.

Come join a focused, high-energy summit where employers don’t just slap “military-friendly” on a brochure — they actually show up and become more Veteran Ready, each year. You’ll network with top military-employment leaders, tap into new incredible veteran talent pools, and walk away with recent real-world tools to build or boost your veteran-hiring program even higher.

And while you’re at it, eat like American royalty: try Don’s Famous Meatloaf Sandwich or Hillary’s Mango Salad Dressing on Greens — yep, I invented that. Don’t miss Grant’s Delicious Buckwheat Pancakes with Apples or Warren G. Harding’s Buttered Waffle Recipe.

Come hungry, come curious, and come ready — because in D.C. this December, we’ll be serving history, opportunity, and a whole lot of heart!
