Ive gotten asked on the discord on how I could possibly relate (irl) to the Family line song by conan gray due to the video I posted recently heres the explanation.
"All that I did I tried to undo it" - I hurted a lot of my friends before when I was little and 9 years later the pain and regret is still there as i try to fix my mistake
"All of my pain and all your excuses" - I tried to hang out with my mom and open up my real feelings of pain but all she can give was that she is busy with work and that I have to manage on my own
"I was a kid but I wasnt clueless" - When I was little my family kept having secrets about me hoping I would never find out but even so I knew what they were hiding at a young age
"Someone who loves you would never do this" - When I was born my father left as soon as he saw me but a few months later he had tried to kidnap me from my mother but failed
"All of my past I tried to erase it but now I see would I even change it" - At the past I used to be the most troubled kid in my school and family to the point I was being pushed away by everyone because of the fear I might hurt them, 11 years later I tried to change myself to remove those memories from everyone to see that I am now a new person but It dint matter people still avoids me to this day
"Might share a face and share a last name but we are not the same" - In my family money is the only thing that everyone believes is important not love or anything but for me I am different I dont like seeing myself or calling myself as their family member because I dont care about money I care about love and affection
