A friendly reminder that rest is a necessity not a luxury. Constantly pushing yourself or striving towards a goal isn’t healthy.
It is OK to be tired, take a break, and to not out-do yourself every time. Give yourself the grace of slowing down and take a moment to recognize how far you have come.
Even more importantly, you don’t need anyone’s approval or validation for your existence. You are loved, worthy, and valuable. Not because of what you do, but simply because you exist.
Rest my love, and know that you are enough, just the way you are. It can be exhausting just to be alive. Be gentle with yourself. You deserve to take care of you!! 🫂💕❤️✨
