Hello! We are Jamie and Skylar, welcome to our channel 🌴🌞
We're originally from the Midwest (Kansas🌾& Iowa🌽) and 12 years ago we sold ALMOST everything and moved to a city we'd never been to in Florida. Our channel is about sharing our travels around Florida and the Caribbean. We hop on cruises, relax at resorts and explore Caribbean islands. We also love to visit beaches and experience coastal cities here in Florida. Along the way we visit coffee shops, restaurants and breweries and go on paddling, hiking and biking adventures.

We've made it to Spain!
While we won't have the time to get any brand new content up over the next couple weeks, we do still have a couple "new" compilation episodes going live. So if you are new to the channel you may not have seen these trips yet, and even if you are not new you may still enjoy looking back on some of our favorite trips of 2024.

✨🎄 Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!
We had a wonderful Christmas in the Midwest and are headed back home ✈️ it's not our first time flying on Christmas Day and are sure it won't be our last. We hope everyone who celebrates has been able to spend time with their loved ones this holiday season. We will see you all Saturday!

Where are you celebrating the holidays?
This year we are going to be freezing 🥶 in the Midwest, but we are so excited to spend some much needed time with family. We flew to Kansas last night and will be busy decorating cookies, eating delicious food and just enjoying good company. We will be back with a new episode next Saturday!

We tried something new in the Keys!
I was quite nervous about it while Skylar couldn't wait to try it. The full experience will be in our next Keys episode 😁
We took some time off over the holiday to visit family and friends so we don't have a new episode today, but it will be ready next weekend!

Our video this week is from our time in the Dominican Republic and we are currently down in the Keys filming, but our hearts are in St Pete and the surrounding barrier islands that were devastated by Hurricane Helene a few days ago.
If you've been following the hurricane coverage then you have likely been inundated by all of the damage. It is quite overwhelming to see the destruction.
Honestly we considered pulling the video this week, because our hearts are so heavy for everyone who has been impacted. Ultimately we decided to let it go live, maybe it can provide some a break from all of the terrible news, if only for 20 mins.
We are anxious to get home to support and promote local businesses as they clean up, rebuild and reopen. We know our beach communities will come back even stronger!

We just got back from 10 days on the beach🌴 ☀️ 🌊
We stayed at three different all inclusive resorts in the Dominican Republic and the experiences ranged quite a bit...
Resort #1: was a budget friendly option and while the beach was gorgeous, there was literally a hole in our ceiling 😆
Resort #2: had some great perks like a Tiki Bar on the beach, an excellent coffee shop and a resident 🦩
Resort #3: was the most expensive of the three and had some really awesome exclusive areas we are going to get to show you 😁
Since we've been busy traveling there won't be a new episode this weekend. We have a concert to attend and will be spending the rest of the time editing!
