New backpack in for review: HURU H2 22L.



HURU is a brand that started in 2017, with its first bag launching on Kickstarter, and the H2 came into the lineup in 2018. This one is designed as a work/everyday/short-trip pack, and the specs look strong: 22L capacity, Cordura 500D, YKK Aquaguard zips, separate compartments for tech and gear, plus a lifetime warranty

It’s just arrived, and I’m going to live with it for the next 3–4 weeks before giving any real verdicts. Full review coming once I’ve put it through proper use.

HMMüller Packs

For as long as I've been going on mountain trips, whether in summer or winter, the norm has been to pack all of this in waterproof bags just to be absolutely sure. This time, I'm trying a new approach using Thule's packing cubes and one from Bagsmart to compress a lot of the items that I might need, but aren't 100% guaranteed to be used.

I believe they have their place among packing cubes in certain contexts. Compression cubes can in this case be really usefull. Stay tuned for a future review!
