When @apologeticsroadshow was engaging with Nabeel Qureshi (when he was still Muslim), Nabeel did the same thing. When his doubts were at their peak, he'd become more OUTWARDLY confident in Islam. Deep down though, his confidence in Muhammad's non-existent prophethood was dwindling.
So, when engaging Muslims in dialogue, it's most important to of course know your own Christian faith and how to defend it, but when critiquing Islam - know 2 things - the Islamic dilemma, and moral issues with Muhammad.
Muslims & non-Muslim dhimmis have gotten @ReasonedAnswers fired from his job over his critiques of Islam as well as totally misrepresenting his statements regarding...wait for it...Ali Dawah. That's where we're at these days. You have non-Muslims in the West who are willing to compromise for Ali Dawah, a man who openly supports and flaunts Surah 65:4 / Sunan An Nasai 3378 + Sunan An Nasai 4061.
