It’s time for our 8th annual Hardship Scholarship for college students 💕
Since 2018, we’ve been trying to help college students who are struggling financially 🥺
As Jesus said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35) which means putting aside our temporary comfort or our grand financial plans to help others who need it.
The Bible also says, “But in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” (Philippians 2:3-4)
We give cheerfully knowing we are eternally blessed.
Love you all so much for your constant support.❤️
Please help me share this post to as many students who may need it right now🙏

“Make where you are where you want to be.”
A little self reflection today 🥹
Being a teacher was always my dream job, while YouTube was my passion project. In 2022 I left my classroom life to be a full-time YouTuber and I spent a year figuring out who I was and what I wanted to do next. I was 30 but I felt like I had let my whole career go. Shouldn’t I have had everything figured out by now? I know my subscribers are here for various reasons but I know we can all agree that change is scary and change is hard 🥺.
I started writing a list of what my “ideal” career would look like. I spent a lot of time with the Lord in prayer as I continued to seek rest in the unknown.
In 2023 I was referred to interview for a school where I could plan curriculum and oversee families who homeschool their students. It was hybrid, so I could still work from home and still make YouTube videos. Surprisingly, this job fit almost everything on my list. I knew it was a God send because I never imagined a job like this existed.
I’m now on Summer break after my second year with this teacher role, and I’m so incredibly thankful. I’m thankful for the moments of uncertainty, the moments of sadness, and the moments of self-doubt because it allowed me to be grateful and thankful now. I can ensure you everything works out the way it’s meant to when the time is right.
A reminder that we don’t need to have everything figured out—and that it takes courage to step outside our comfort zones in search of change.💕

Another year around the sun & still loving my 30’s era 🥳 for my birthday if you could watch this video all the way through, smash that like button, and comment — that would be the best birthday gift! 🙏Thank you for being here.
This past year has been filled with a lot of mixed emotions. I’m beginning to embrace how these feelings can coexist in different seasons of our lives. I’m thankful the Lord has sustained me this far & has brought so much love into my life 🫶💕

I love you LA 🫶 when I first started my YouTube channel, I was living in Altadena with my roommate I found on Craigslist (whose last name also happened to be Lee) and I’ve taught so many students whose homes were in Altadena. I’m crushed to see our neighboring city literally burned to the ground 💔. We currently have 6 wildfires going at the same time in SoCal.
My husband and I live a couple of miles from the Eaton Canyon fire and we are so grateful to be safe. The air quality in our area has become hazardous and many can’t drink the water in the impacted areas. I’m not sure what our city will look like the next few weeks but we pray the Lord will strengthen and sustain all those who’ve lost literally everything overnight.
If you know anyone who’s been impacted, this is considered a Major Disaster Declaration and disaster relief for Californians can be found here: www.disasterassistance.gov/

Happy January 1, 2025!! In my 20’s, the new year used to bring anxiety & fear of what’s to come, but in my 30’s I’ve learned to trust & embrace.
Hardships are a part of this life, but they’re meant to help us grow resilient. Here’s to hoping for a stronger 2025 filled with lots of love, care, and ultimately — rest for our souls :) 💕

My secret project is out 🙈. If you’ve thought about making a YouTube channel (which I know can feel so scary and so vulnerable) then I hope this course can help you feel less alone. 💕
In 2019, my channel grew from 12,000 subscribers to 100,000 subscribers and it really blew me away. Life hasn’t been the same since :)
YouTube has literally changed my life and in this course (which was filmed in Spain) will walk you through literally my entire creative process and I will walk you through how to create your first video.
It’s currently on sale for $5.99 USD hehe so if you could please support and promote the class, it would mean SO much to me! 😙😙
