A federal judge in Maryland declined on Friday to block President Trump's new executive order narrowing birthright citizenship.

Judge Deborah Boardman, a Biden appointee, told the groups suing that they have to file against the new order, not recycle arguments from the last case.

The order, signed August 6, targets birth tourism and the children of people the government designates as alien enemies or terrorists.

Boardman said she will look at it again once the plaintiffs amend their complaint. This is round one, not the final word.

Birth tourism is a business. Agencies overseas quote a price, book the hotel and the hospital, and hand you an American passport for a newborn who will never live here.

A country that sells citizenship by the package deal does not have citizenship. It has a product.

President Trump’s pressure campaign on Iran is hitting where it hurts most: oil.

Iran relies heavily on oil sales to bring money into the country. Now, its oil exports have reportedly fallen to zero under the U.S. blockade.

Trump made it clear months ago that the pressure was coming.

Now Iran is feeling it.

No endless talks. No empty threats. Maximum pressure, real consequences

Trump posted this “NO MORE MR. NICE GUY” image back in April as tensions with Iran were exploding.

At the time, negotiations were going nowhere and the Strait of Hormuz was closed.

Four months later, Iran’s oil exports have reportedly fallen to zero and Tehran is looking for a deal.

Trump sent the message months ago.

Now Iran is feeling the pressure.

ICE took Milo Yiannopoulos into custody at the New Orleans airport on August 27.

Yiannopoulos is a British citizen who entered the U.S. legally in 2019. DHS says he overstayed his visa and has remained in the country illegally.

An immigration judge issued a final removal order in July after he failed to appear for his hearing.

The irony is hard to miss. Yiannopoulos has spent years publicly calling for mass deportations, once saying the U.S. needed to deport “millions and millions of people.”

Now he’s facing deportation himself.

ICE did not check whose side he was on first. That’s exactly the job.

Lt. Col. Brandon Shah, 42, was teaching an ROTC class at Old Dominion University when a man walked in shouting Allahu Akbar and opened fire.

Shah was killed. Two cadets were wounded. They took the shooter down themselves, one with a pocket knife.

Mohamed Bailor Jalloh came here from Sierra Leone and was handed American citizenship and a National Guard uniform.

He went back from West Africa in 2015 radicalized by ISIS, pleaded guilty, and got 11 years.

America gave him everything it had and he spent it hunting people who wore the same uniform.

The Bureau of Prisons let him out two and a half years early for finishing a drug program. He had no drug charges.

The FBI brought two Nigerian men to the United States to face serious charges involving American children.

Prosecutors say the men targeted teenage boys online, gained their trust, then used private images to demand money.

The alleged sextortion schemes were linked to the deaths of two American teenagers.

The suspects were arrested in Nigeria in 2023 and fought extradition for years.

Now they’re on U.S. soil to face the charges against them.

Neither man has been convicted.
