hope you are all enjoying the last few weeks of summer! my two latest playlists were inspired by two fantasy books that came out this year, fourth wing and divine rivals - both of these were very popular on social media, and i quite liked reading both of them as well (especially divine rivals!).
the fourth wing playlist features some fantasy instrumentals (including music from some iconic dragon movies/shows), and the divine rivals playlist is composed of a selection of atmospheric instrumental music, including pieces from atonement, which incorporated sounds of the typewriter into the score. hope you enjoy!

i can't believe its the first day of december already, time really flies! i've just posted an instrumental playlist inspired by babel by r.f. kuang - if you haven't read this one yet, i'd really recommend it. And here's my favorite quote from the book:
“That's just what translation is, I think. That's all speaking is. Listening to the other and trying to see past your own biases to glimpse what they're trying to say. Showing yourself to the world, and hoping someone else understands.”
