🔧 Servo Motor Calibration — Inception Automation Class

আজকের Inception Automation ক্লাসে আমরা শিখেছি Servo Motor Calibration— যা কোনো রোবটিক্স, অটোমেশন বা মুভমেন্ট কন্ট্রোল সিস্টেমের জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি ধাপ।

🧭 Servo Motor Calibration কী?

Servo Motor Calibration হলো সার্ভো মোটরকে সঠিক শুরু অবস্থান (Initial Position) ও গতির সীমা (Range of Motion) অনুযায়ী সমন্বয় করা। যাতে মোটরটি কমান্ড অনুযায়ী একদম নিখুঁতভাবে চলতে পারে।

📌 আজকের ক্লাসে যা যা শিখেছি:
✔ সার্ভোর Pulse Width কিভাবে কাজ করে
✔ Servo-র Min, Max এবং Mid (90°) কিভাবে সেট করা হয়
✔ Arduino/Controller ব্যবহার করে Calibration Code রান করা
✔ সার্ভো মোটরের শব্দ/কম্পন (Noise / Vibration) সমস্যা সমাধান
✔ ভুল Calibration হলে মোটর কেন অতিরিক্ত ঘুরে যায় বা আটকে যায়
✔ প্র্যাকটিক্যালভাবে প্রতিটি মোটরের range perfect করা

💡 এই ক্লাসের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীরা হাতে-কলমে শিখেছে কিভাবে একটি ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল মোটরকে প্রোগ্রামিং এর মাধ্যমে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা যায়।

আজকের ক্লাসে আমরা PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করেছি। PLC হলো একটি বিশেষ ধরণের কম্পিউটার যা industrial automation বা শিল্পে যন্ত্রপাতি নিয়ন্ত্রণ করার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। এটি মেশিন এবং প্রক্রিয়ার অটোমেশন সহজ করে তোলে এবং আমাদের কাজের দক্ষতা বাড়ায়।

আজকের ক্লাসে আমরা মূলত আলোচনা করেছি:
🔹 PLC কি এবং এর গুরুত্ব
🔹 PLC-এর বিভিন্ন ধরণের I/O মডিউল
🔹 PLC কিভাবে কাজ করে
