🫣Next month I turn 30

👇🏽So I’ve set myself a little challenge

🏃🏼‍♀️From October 18th I’ll be running 10km a day for 30 days

⁉️ WHY ⁉️

I LOVE challenge and I constantly encourage other to push outside of their comfort zone

but recently I’ve felt a little too comfortable

During this challenge I will be testing my discipline, physical and mental strength

My body isn’t accustomed to 70km a week so recovery, sleep and nutrition will need to be on point

I’ll be tested by the weather getting colder and wetter

Being on hen dos abroad, birthdays and trips away

This is the first of many challenges over the next year

Time to get the fiercely disciplined and competitive Naomi back 🫡✨
