As part of the Kintyre Series, I made the journey to the Isle of Gigha to play one of the most unique golf courses I've ever visited. Sitting just off the west coast of Kintyre, Gigha Golf Club is a small 9-hole course surrounded by incredible island scenery, but getting here is all part of the adventure.

From ferry crossings and quiet island roads to spectacular views across the Hebrides, this is golf in one of Scotland's most remote locations.

But is it worth the trip?
