YouTube just removed one of my videos for a “community guideline violation” under Child Safety.
It was because of that scene from the movie “The Dictator” where the kid throws things off a shelf, turns around, grabs its crotch, and does that quick Michael Jackson style move.
I get that YouTube has to protect minors, fair enough.. But it’s kind of ironic, because at the same time the platform is filled with videos that are basically soft porn. Stuff labeled as “yoga” or “fitness,” where the camera angles and presentation are anything but innocent. Somehow that’s fine, but a short comedy clip gets taken down..
Anyway, I had to remove the long version too and edit that part out so it doesn’t get flagged again. The video will be back soon, slightly modified.

While working on my iodine video, i came across one of its key companion nutrients : vitamin B3 , also known as niacin. The more i learned about it, the clearer it became that niacin deserves a deep dive of its own. I’m close to wrapping up the video, and i think you’ll be surprised at just how important (and misunderstood) this nutrient really is. Coming soon.
Meanwhile, for those who haven’t seen my iodine video yet, here it is: https://youtu.be/OaGzcK34BDE just in case you missed it 🙂

It’s been a while since my last video, but I’ve been deep in research and scripting for my next one. I won’t give away the topic just yet, but here’s what I can say. It plays a crucial role in our health, it’s surprisingly controversial, and despite its importance, there isn’t a single full documentary on it. After reading a book that opened my eyes to just how much there was to uncover, I knew I had to change that.
Now, after months of research, I’m deep into the editing process. Stay tuned, this one’s going to be worth the wait.

One of my videos has the lowest click-through rate ever, and it got me thinking: what actually grabs your attention when you’re scrolling? Is it the image or the promise in the title that makes it irresistible to check?

In my recent video, i explored some lesser-known aspects of religion and belief systems, not to discredit anyone’s faith, but to encourage critical thinking and open conversations. I understand this can be a sensitive topic, so i want to clarify: just because i presented the “dark side” doesn’t mean i was biased or trying to push an agenda.
To make the case for the final question in the video, i had to present those darker perspectives. Without them, the point wouldn’t have been as clear or impactful. I chose my words carefully because i knew what i was getting into, and i aimed to stay as unbiased as possible while framing the discussion.
The inspiration for this video came from a question i encountered in one of Jordan Peterson’s videos, a question that stuck with me and made me reflect deeply. For those interested, i’ve linked his original video in the description of mine.
What i’ve realized is that resistance to these kinds of discussions often stems from something deeper. When people reject challenging ideas, whether it’s about religion, habits, or even health, it’s often because those topics touch on something deeply personal. For example, someone who’s struggling with smoking or drinking doesn’t want to hear how bad it is for their health, because that’s the thing keeping them going. It’s their comfort, their escape, even if they know it’s harming them.
Religion often serves a similar role. For many, it’s tied to the hope of reuniting with loved ones who’ve passed. And understandably, people don’t want to entertain the possibility of a reality where that hope doesn’t exist. That’s why these conversations are so difficult, they ask us to let go, to detach from what we hold dear, even if just for a moment, to consider a different perspective.
And one of the most ridiculous things i’ve seen is people pulling up the “Faith Card” in these kinds of conversations. It’s like, how can we have an actual discussion when someone just shuts it down with, “It’s true because i believe / say so”? Anybody can do that! It ends the conversation immediately and stops any real exploration. It’s impossible to engage in a meaningful way when that "card" is pulled.
If you haven’t seen the video yet, i encourage you to watch it with an open mind. It’s not about agreeing or disagreeing, it’s about exploring new ways of thinking. I know some might disagree or even unsubscribe, and that’s okay. I’d rather stay true to myself than compromise just to please everyone. Your vibe attracts your tribe, and i’m here for genuine conversations.
Let me know your thoughts.

"You can think of learning as just acquiring more information, but a more accurate way of thinking of it involves discovering what you are doing wrong because of an element of your character, your perception, or a deep habit that is really built into you. It is a neurostructure. It's alive. But you have to kill it because it is not working properly" #jordanbpeterson #learning

A misspelling in the recent short video’s captions has been pointed out: “meet” was misspelled as “meat.” Thank you for letting me know. This is a perfect opportunity to remind you to always double-check the information I present and check the comments for corrections and additional insights.
Thanks for your understanding and feedback!
