Welcome to my Cooking Channel "Cookingaround" where I try to give you simple, easy, fast, and inexpensive recipes from all over the World.

I also provide my "Diet Series" recipes where I show outstanding foods that actually help you burn off the weight, all combined with my new exercise programs that make you and give you a healthy life. All have been tested and of course, you can read the comments on the videos.

Now I also include some other types of recipes that are not of the Diet kind, but we all need a little variety in life to make it exciting. I have actually written up an article on "Can Fatty Foods Help You Lose weight" on my Blog "Health Made Easy" below.

Testing in my office, my all-new " 7- Day Magic Diet Plan", coming out in the next few days.

I wonder why does my wife always asks me to make Breakfast?
Once when I was helping a friend that owned a small restaurant, he asked me to help out when his chef got sick. Starting from 7:00 in the morning to around 11:00, I must have made over 50 to 60 orders of eggs. All in different ways of tastes and styles for three days straight.
Always remember that "practice makes perfect".
