During my recent trip to Iloilo, Philippines, I visited the Iloilo Museum of Contemporary Art and was moved by a piece called “Everyone’s Prison” by Marc Aran Reyes. It made me reflect on the quiet constraints we often carry—and the freedom we find when we let go and live more intentionally.

For a while, I felt confined by my previous content on relaxing music. That moment reminded me why I started: to create something honest, slow, and meaningful.
