I was going (and still might) make a video about the tier list leaks, but I will stick with a community post for now.
I'd like to make it clear that the tier list changes were posted in PatCord by a random member of the community, I had no idea if it was real or not and I edited the website as a placeholder so it would be less work to add when it officially started, I didnt advertise the page as a leaked tier chart or link it anywhere, and i did not intend for anyone to be using it seriously, and more importantly, I was not the mod that leaked it
Some people are upset with my decision to post the leak on the websites, which they have the right to their opinion, although while everyone's mad at me there is people within the community making hundreds of millions of PokeYen investing into Pokemon from these leaks and there has been tens if not hundreds of shinies being hit with the changes in mind, Ralts and Houndour for an example.
If the list is leaked, I would rather it be leaked to everyone. I didn't invest into anything, I didnt hunt for ralts or houndour (or any of the other Pokemon that are becoming rarer), I didn't profit from the leaks (and a part of that reason is because I didn't even know if they were real... because I wasn't the one who leaked it.)
Atleast me updating the site has made them release some information about the shiny wars early, we have now gotten the confirmed tier lists and an example of the JSON which will help everyone plan! Win win for all...
I will use Mr As An example of people knowing these leaks far before I did, simply because their website looks cleaner and is updated. But I promise you a majority of the high end teams have been hording ralts and houndour this entire month.
The earlier time a member here started going for the hunts was 7/7, 2 and a half weeks ago! That is a lot of time to be gatekeeping these leaks from the community!
