I am a board certified Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer, Speaker and Parenting and Family Coach, as well as a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Minister and Author

My mission is to equip women, parents, teenagers and young adults with the tools to achieve mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellness in their individual lives, and reconnect as families.

My toolkit also includes membership in the Howard County Mental Health Community Advisory Council (MHCAC), certified SYMBIS Assessment Facilitator, and American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) Field Advocate.
