I am a toddler mum and speech and language therapist with ADHD. I was diagnosed as a child but did not learn about it until I was an adult. Because I was so unaware of how it impacted my life and therefore had a massive impact on my mental health, it is now my mission to raise awareness around ADHD symptoms in adults, and specifically in women. I also share strategies, supplements and other holistic treatment methods I have used and that have helped me loads. This is a save space to ask questions and get support. However I cannot diagnose ADHD so I would always urge you to look into symptoms more and then contact your GP for advice or a referral to get assessed 🧡

Cherry ADHD

These figures are a mixture between figures found in a survey carried out by the ADDiTude magazine and some are from general studies (hence the variation in percentages depending on studies and population as some didn’t specifically look into only women eg sensory processing disorder and some looked more at children eg the 50% sleep disorders).
