Welcome to day 8 of the Flow challenge: https://youtu.be/xpxnMbYoC5g

Today we have a yoga flow for the shoulders and spine to help you explore new areas of your practice.

Throughout the class, you’ll be invited to try new shapes and transitions. These are invitations only. Nothing is mandatory. The practice is always yours, and you’re encouraged to adapt, pause, or simplify whenever you need.

Think of this session as an opportunity to get curious. To see where your body wants to move today, and what becomes possible when you approach your practice with openness rather than expectation.

Hello everyone, welcome to Day 7 of the Flow Challenge: https://youtu.be/Yj65qzeFH3w

Today’s practice is a fluid, full body flow where movement and breath are closely linked. This is your reminder that your practice is not better or worse based on how a pose looks. A forward fold with hands on the thighs is just as valuable as one with hands on the mat. The shape is not the point.
The breath is.

When you let the breath lead, the practice softens. The mind quietens. And yoga becomes more than just movement. This is what makes the practice so unique, and for many people, this is where a real sense of peace begins to emerge.

As you move today, focus less on depth and more on rhythm. Let each inhale and exhale guide you into the next shape. Stay connected rather than forcing yourself into something you think you should be doing.

This way of practising is also what supports momentum. When the breath leads, showing up feels more sustainable and less like a battle with your body.
You’ve just completed your first week. That matters.

For now, come back to the breath and let it guide you.
With love,
Charlie x

Hello friends welcome to Day 6 of the Flow Challenge: https://youtu.be/iX83eRVtBU0

Today’s practice is a deep hip opening flow.
The hips are a place where we often hold onto things without realising.
Tension. Emotion. Stress. Old patterns that the body hasn’t quite let go of yet.

When we slow down and stretch this area, things can surface. Sensations, emotions, or simply a feeling of release. All of it is normal.

This practice is an invitation to meet whatever shows up with patience.
There’s nothing to analyse and nothing to fix.

Just space to soften, breathe, and let go of what no longer serves you.
You don’t need to force depth or push into sensation. Let the breath guide you. Let the body decide how much it’s ready to release today.

Hello everyone I think you are going to love Day 5 of the Flow Challenge: https://youtu.be/8cxAY8acfLM

Today’s practice is playful, strong, and a little more challenging.
But the invitation isn’t to brace yourself or take it all too seriously.
It’s to approach this class with curiosity.

Think about how a child approaches something difficult. They try. They wobble. They laugh. They don’t make it mean anything about who they are. They just explore.
That’s the energy to bring into today’s flow.

Yes, the practice is strong. Yes, it may ask more of you.
But when you stay playful rather than tense, something interesting happens.
You often discover you’re more capable than you thought.

I hope you enjoy day 5 of the flow challenge.

Hi friends are you ready for Day 4 of the Flow Challenge: https://youtu.be/4sPkOxpDLC0

In today's class we slow things down so you have space to notice what’s actually happening.
What you feel.
What you notice.
What comes up when there’s less rushing and more listening.

This class isn’t about performance. It’s about experience.
And it carries one of the most important messages of this challenge.
Consistency beats intensity. Every single time.

You do not need to give 110 percent today.
You do not need to feel energised, motivated, or strong.
You just need to show up.

Some days showing up looks calm and focused.
Other days it looks distracted, tired, or messy.
All of it counts.

I hope you enjoy day 4 of the flow challenge.

Today is day 2 of the flow challenge and today we are focusing on the relationship between softness and strength: ctrk.klclick3.com/l/01KDZFZGZJDKSCTPFK43F0RAQF_0

So often we associate strength with effort. With pushing. With doing more. But real strength is often found when we slow down.

Today you’ll move mindfully, paying attention to how it feels rather than how it looks.

This is a key part of building momentum. Not forcing your way forward, but learning when to slow down, listen, and move with awareness. That balance is what allows you to keep showing up.

As you practice today, notice where you might usually push. See what happens if you soften instead.

Hello lovely people here is Day 3 of the Flow Challenge: https://youtu.be/PeGEJUCqolI

Today’s class is a fluid, full body flow where movement and breath are closely linked. Each transition is an invitation to stay present and move with intention rather than rushing ahead.

As the challenge progresses, this is a good moment to come back to your why.
Why you committed to these 30 days.
What you want to feel, learn, or create through this process.

Today’s practice may feel a little more challenging. And that’s intentional.
Growth rarely feels neat or comfortable. It doesn’t always feel how we imagine it will. Sometimes it feels messy. Sometimes emotions come up. Sometimes the body resists. All of that is normal.

I hope you enjoy day 3 of the flow challenge.

Hello everyone, are you ready for Day 2 of the Flow Challenge: https://youtu.be/epV1RjKEXfg

This class is both soft and strong. A full body flow designed to help you connect more deeply to your breath and your body. You’ll move mindfully, paying attention to how it feels rather than how it looks.

When you soften your breath, you soften your nervous system.
And from that place, strength becomes more accessible, more sustainable.
This is an important part of building momentum in your practice. Not forcing yourself forward, but learning when to ease back, listen, and respond with awareness. That balance is what allows you to keep showing up day after day.

I hope you enjoy day 2 of the flow challenge.
