Hell, we live in a world where there are more viruses on Earth than stars in the known universe, some viruses actually protect their hosts, vaccines hijack the evolutionary arms race in your favor, and certain bacteria thrive at 250°F. If anything sounds ridiculous, it's probably just biology being biology. 😉
