Hey nerds! We've been talking and have decided that we are going to take a break from the podcast/documentaries for a while. We've got other projects both of us are working on and this one takes too much time to produce currently. And of course, we're still trying to find the sweet spot for the show too. We're going to pause until January and then re-evaluate the future of the show.
BUT! Our Today in Nerd History shorts will continue to be a daily joy! (Those are really starting to find a fanbase!)

As most of you know, our format has been evolving over the past few months and now I believe we have landed on the plan moving forward - and we are starting Season 4 with our videos on Napoleon Dynamite!
Moving forward, each episode will feature a mini-documentary video and a connected discussion video (two separate videos). This allows us to present the documentaries as their own thing and save the podcast discussion time for those who want to dive deeper and have a little more fun. This also will reduce the size of our podcast discussion as we don't have to retell the whole history ourselves, but rather simply react to it and expound on it.

Missing our daily "Today in Nerd History" posts? That's because on Oct. 22nd, we switched over to making them ALL YouTube Shorts! They are still daily, and still in the monthly playlists, but you'll see them in our Shorts on a daily basis instead...
Now, YouTube said that beginning Oct. 15, Shorts could be up to 3 minutes long, however it appears they are having a hard time rolling it out fully, because today's post still wound up in the normal feed. Hopefully that'll be remedied soon.
