Hey friends! Just wanted to make you all aware - Polyarc Games has created a Quill plushie and you have about 19 hours left to order one. With 'Moss' being one of my favorite VR games, I thought I'd give a heads up in case anyone wants one! It's not often we get VR game merch :)

Happy New Year, Wolfpack!
Just wanted to pop in and say how thankful I am for all of you. 2024 was an amazing year for me and the channel. We recently hit 600k(!) subscribers and I'm so excited to continue to grow alongside all of you.
I also had my wedding this past October and had such an amazing holiday. Thanks for letting me step away for a couple of weeks to enjoy the holidays as a newly married man.
We'll be back to business on Monday the 6th with a game a lot of you have been asking me to play. Hoping you all had an amazing end of the year and I'll see you soon!

Happy Thanksgiving to all those celebrating today. I just wanted to pop in and say that YOU are the reason I’m so thankful this year (and every year!).
5 years ago I was at 2,000 subscribers and look at us now! I love the community we’ve created and the joy I found in making silly videos for all of us.
Thanks again everyone and Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey Wolfpack!
Just wanted to let you know, Bandai-Namco, the group behind Mobile Suit Gundam: Silver Phantom, requested that the entire movie not be put on YouTube for spoiler purposes. They asked that I take down the second part which included the ending and I agreed.
Sorry to my viewers for the rug pull and if you're interested in seeing the rest of the movie, give Silver Phantom a try! It's an awesome experience!
Edit: for those wondering why I agreed - the entire series was going to be taken down if I didn’t. Bandai-Namco has the rights to what’s shown of their game and if they requested the videos to be removed, YouTube would remove them. As this is more of a film than a game, I understand the desire to remove it, since you could watch it here and have little reason to buy it afterwards. But yeah, wasn’t much of a choice for me here folks.

I had the opportunity to play Behemoth and Metro: Awakening on the Quest 3S and since we have no footage of the standalone versions of these games, I thought I would share my thoughts:
Behemoth: Arms, weapons, and enemies look great. The environment is where the main sacrifice is made but still look greats for a standalone title. Definitely some fog around the edges to limit draw distance, but only in the larger areas will you notice it. The Behemoth itself looked awesome, but definitely a bit less textured than the PC version will be. The game was exceedingly smooth with only a few frame drops and stutters here and there. The physics system will definitely be a big draw in this game and seemed to be fully intact on the Quest. I will say some of the gameplay, mostly the rope and grappling, felt off - a lack of momentum in the movement. But looking at your blood covered arms after the gory triumph of battle and you'll be surprised this game is running on the Quest.
Metro: Once again, the weapons, hands, and enemies look fantastic. The gun I was using looked amazing with the full VR support you'd expect with cocking and reloading. You can even smash out the old ammo clip with the new one to replace it, which always feels amazing. Your backpack was also very detailed. One thing I didn't like was my complete lack of a body, including holsters. I was just drawing ammo and guns out of thin air. I doubt this was intended and may have been a bug for me, but I'll note it anyway. Gameplay was super smooth with no hitches detected. The one negative was the environment, which is where these games seem to be saving on textures and processing power. Items that I wasn't supposed to interact with were static and couldn't be moved and the ground and walls looked very basic. Seen from a distance it all looks fine, but since you're going through small rooms and tight corridors, the bland textures do stand out a bit.
Overall, very impressed with both how these games looked and played on the Quest 3S. Expect a slightly better image quality with the regular Quest 3, but otherwise it should be about the same. If you prefer to play on the Quest, wire-free, I don't think you'll be disappointed in how the games look and feel.
As for how the good the games actually are? We'll have to wait and see for that!

Yesterday, we hit one monster of a milestone: 500,000 subscribers. *insert brain explosion gif*
I can't thank each and every one of you enough for being a part of the channel, enjoying the occasional video, and just laughing along as I make a mess of some amazing VR games.
I can't wait to see where this channel goes in the future, what kind of amazing games we'll be playing, and hopefully you'll be there along for the ride.
Thank you. Seriously. This means so much to me and I'll never forget your support.
To a million!

Three weeks ago, Madison released in VR. I tried to play it, for you guys. I really did. But holy crap was it terrifying. I couldn't physically start it. But I had to play it - for you.
Last weekend I invited Frog over to my house and made him sit in front of the monitor while I played through the entirety of Madison. We laughed, we screamed, I screamed a lot more, and we made it through till the end.
This will be a bit different than most single-player series since Frog and I will both be commentating, but I hope you enjoy the absolute shit-show that is my playthrough of Madison. See you Wednesday.

It's been a while since we've done a poll! It's a slow week (and month) for new VR games so I'll let you choose what series we begin next week. Here are 4 relatively recent games I've wanted to play, but you choose the winner! Info for the games below:
1. Unearthed: A funny narrative adventure through different biomes of nature where we attempt to rescue a missing professor.
2. Max Mustard: A VR platformer with some crazy levels, ridiculous bosses, and plenty of unique interactions.
3. Retropolis 1 & 2: A hand-painted noir mystery set in a land of robots, murder, and damsels in distress.
4. Titanic A Space Between: Explore a sinking Titanic searching for a missing relic. But you're not alone... Something is hunting you!
(If you have them, leave some other suggestions in the comments, I may do another poll after this one depending on how the month shakes out!)
