hi guys!! i just posted some of my fav YouTube no equipment workouts on a playlist on my channel! Just wanted to make a disclaimer that i dont agree with some of the language the creators are using, like “grow your butt, not thighs” etc. these are good for building muscle and the rest is clickbait on their part lol

rest in peace Zuza, my heart goes out to her family and friends. she was so positive despite all the pain she was in and grateful for the small things in life because they weren’t so small for her. we should all take that as a lesson and spread love and joy like she did. ❤️
