Hello there, fellow indoor cyclist! 👋
I’m Gerben. Welcome to the beautifully chaotic world of hard indoor racing. I’m a cyclist from The Netherlands on a mission to see exactly what happens when you throw ordinary amateur, weekend-warrior power straight into the deepest, highest-wattage fields on the planet.
This isn't your typical glossy, over-edited fitness channel. I just love bringing you the raw, data-driven truth of what it actually feels like to push your body to the limit, shared with a healthy dose of cycling comedy and self-deprecation. Whether I'm holding a brutal 408W average to snatch a 100th percentile global KOM on La Redoute, or completely destroying my legs during a 30-minute "Ghost Pepper" sufferfest, I deliver the honest racing analysis that the big corporate influencer summits miss.
So, grab a towel, turn up your trainer fan, and let's tackle the next chapter together: Level 106 and beyond! 🚀

We did it – 3,000 subscribers!
I can’t thank you all enough for the support over the past two years: the comments, the tips, and the coffees :) Every bit of encouragement has kept me motivated to keep making videos, riding, and sharing my cycling journey with you. Much appreciated. Onward to 4,000!
Most of you know me from my Zwift content. That’s where this channel started sharing rides, workouts, races, and the joy of virtual cycling. Zwift is still a huge part of my cycling life, and it has given me a way to connect with this community.
But sometimes, I take you outside with me into the real world, real roads, and sometimes even real trains. My latest video is one of those special ones: cycling to the most remote train station in the Netherlands: Eemshaven. It was a perfect summer’s day, a tailwind all the way, and a train waiting to take me home at the end.
This vlog is a little different from Zwift, but the heart is the same: it’s all about storytelling in cycling and transport, about showing how even remote places are connected. That’s something I’m passionate about, and it’s why I’ve also recently applied to @ProRail as a woordvoerder (spokesperson) Fingers crossed I'll get the job :)

2024 ended with a milestone for the channel — a new FTP and 2,000 subscribers! If you subscribed in 2024, I want to thank you for doing so. I’m incredibly grateful for your support, your comments, and the donations that keep the channel going.
I may have alluded to it in some videos, but 2024 was a bit of a tough year for me, so your support truly meant a lot. Again, thank you all so much for that.
For 2025, I’ll be riding a lot more outside! Thanks to your donations, I’m now able to buy a GoPro — so expect some outdoor smash fests in the Dutch countryside soon!
Over the next two months, I’ll be focusing on events on ZWIFT, such as the Tour de Zwift and other community races — hope to see you there!
Some shoutouts are in order: to my OG supporters, Simon, Robert, AT, Erik Lee, Ben, Bryan, Coen, Adam, Phillip, Brookes, Fanny and everyone I forgot know who you are. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!

Hi guys, 3 months ago I counted my 500th subscriber. And now it's a 1000. Thousand! Little over a year ago I posted a video me riding up the Temple KOM on a gravel rig. There was no video overlay, that came later. Just a dry avatar riding up a virtual hill. Inspired by Erik (‪@DontGetDroppedCycling‬) I added a suffer cam to the mix and here we are. A thousand. I don't know what to say, only thank you!! For your support, Thank you for the comments, Thank you for the tips. Thank you so much guys! See you in the next attack!! :D
