Training the planche looks impressive, but most people only see the final skill and not the long process behind it. The truth is that progress can feel slow, frustrating, and sometimes invisible for months. Wrist strength, shoulder stability, and strong basics make a huge difference over time. Read that again. 📖
Calisthenics is 20% physical and 80% mental. If you can’t handle being "bad" at a movement for 3 months, you’ll never be "good" at it for 3 years.
I see so many beginners quit because they don't have a gym or they aren't seeing "cool" results in a week. The truth is, the magic happens in the boring, cramped-room sessions when nobody is watching.
Master the basics. The rest will follow.
