Got to love that a customer you refuse a ride to till they leave there breakfast bowl with cereal/or whatever, as There is NO eating in the car. & Gets mad states she going rate me and complain. She goes back inside house doesn't come back out so I no show the share ride. This was yesterday. Now I've been working since 10 pm ish last night, I need 15 more exclusive rides to get diamond level for the period. Uber calls said rider called in stating I refused her a ride because she was black. 😂. No because I would let her eat in car. They said the would document it and if needed anything else let know, I asked what it was about, they said she stated race. I said ok Uber listen to this, Mr. Rider what color are you..... I'm I'm black.... Uber you here that ... Um yes.... Uber call my last 7 rides this morning and asked then there Race...... Drop off customer and now I'm deactivated till they investigate. So there go my work for diamond, down time, money.... And how they can call in and they believe everything they say. We call in and don't believe us, and rider keeps one riding and geta sick in your car, threatens you etc that's ok, we can remove then so you don't get then again.... But we get deactivated for lies......
Update I've been reactivated. But with a warning that multi complaint like this can get me deactivated.
