You haven’t really heard a crowd until you’ve heard one roar for a goal that doesn’t end up counting. 🤯
That was Lumen Firld during Egypt vs Iran. The crowd for this one was the most intense of the 3 World Cup games I’ve been able to attend.
Egypt scored in the 5th minute. Iran scored in the 14th, and then hit what I thought was the game-winner near the end, but it was overturned. The match ended 1-1.
Big thank you to the @YouTube team for the invitation and ticket!

Today at AWE, @OfficialSnapchat announced the next-generation of Snap SPECS. 🤓 The $2,195 pair of glasses will ship this fall, and Snap is making a very big bet: that the next great computer goes on your face.
These are full AR glasses with see-through displays, hand tracking, AI features, a 51-degree field of view, dual @snapdragon processors, and about four hours of battery life.
Snap has been chasing this idea for almost a decade, from the original Spectacles vending machines a decade ago.

The top 10 best-selling smartphones in the world during Q1 2026 are...
Interesting that iPhone 16 from 2024 is still here, but iPhone Air isn't. Also, while Samsung has multiple spots, none are held by a Galaxy S or Z device.

Nintendo Switch 2 just got pricier. 💰 The price is going from $449.99 to $499.99 in the US starting September 1 - but this is happening globally.
The culprit isn't tariffs. Instead, the AI industry's RAM appetite has outbid the entire consumer electronics industry for memory. The "RAMpocalypse" could last YEARS!
Oh, and the cost of Switch Online goes up July 1, too, because of course it does.

The most interesting part of OpenAI's rumored phone isn't that it exists. It's that it has no app icons.
Per analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, OpenAI is teaming up with Qualcomm and MediaTek on the chip, with LuxShare as the exclusive manufacturer. Mass production targeted for 2028.
But the leaked UI is the real story. Four sections - Home, Actions, Memory, Inbox. Tasks shown as % complete. You don't open apps. You tell the phone what you want, and AI agents do the rest.
Sam Altman tweeted the same day: "a good time to seriously rethink how operating systems and user interfaces are designed."
If this pans out, the icon grid we've stared at since 2007 has an expiration date.
Would you switch from your iPhone for this? 👇

The wildest part of watching the @NASA Artemis II launch in person? 🌔
After the rocket disappears, it goes dead quiet.
Thousands of people just staring at empty sky. 4 humans left the planet, and all you can do is look up.
Then, after a few seconds, everyone breaks into applause! So cool.

Just dropped my deep-dive on the @HisenseUSA UR9 RGB MiniLED TV! 📺
👉🏽 https://youtu.be/jVHrI0gBdxE
Most TVs are still building color the hard way, and once you see the difference, it is tough to unsee.
In the video, I show how RGB Mini LED skips the traditional white-light-and-filter approach and builds color directly at the source.
You end up with richer reds, deeper blues, cleaner contrast, and a picture that feels a lot more alive, especially on a giant 85 inch panel!
