This is an initiative oriented towards the creation of a virtual space for the updating and strengthening of your knowledge about relevant topics related to your duties on equipment’s integrity and materials protection.
This space is designed as the meeting point for all the colleagues being part of your global community of managers and responsible people in charge of the management and decision in relation to materials and equipment integrity (planners, designers, plant managers and engineers, laboratory managers, QA&QC managers, researchers, contractors, and other specialists concerned with caring equipment and materials). From the design and selection, to the disposal, after as long as possible life in service, according to the principles of Circular Economy and the expectations in front of a new economy for a more sustainable world.

Had a conversation with my dad the other day, about the meaning of life…
He agreed that we didn’t come here to pay bills, hahaha… that our purpose should be more meaningful - and then we ended up concluding that the purpose, whatever it is, has to be on how you help others on the way up.
No wander…
Don’t listen to me, but this man has double my age, was in the army, wrote a book based on his life learnings, and spreads love around him with no withholding!
To all the fathers in my life - which are many - and start with this gentle soul that has shaped in big time the woman I am today!
Happy Father’s Day!
Seeing us grow, fall, come back up and be the humans we were meant to be is a huge privilege that comes with some rewards and many responsibilities 😁! THANK YOU!

I remember hearing my very wise dad say: "time never stops, and life passes by very fast". You see, he's old, almost double my age today, and we have the blessing to have him around us, yet in good shape and form.

When I was a kid, I used to think, wow, so dramatic, and time didn't seem to pass fast enough ... as I grew older I realized the deepness of his words. Specially when I became a parent myself, and even more after I built Infinity Growth.

You never know when is going to be the last time:
🩶 That you pick up your toddler
🩶 That you kiss your kid good night and get an "I love you" in return
🩶 That your team call you to help them take a decision
🩶 That you get to work with someone before they (or you) move, get fired, get sick, or d!e
🩶 That you kiss your partner good day or good night

Life is a beautiful entanglement of decisions and consequences of these decisions - nothing more, nothing less - learnings, if you will.

I wanted to write about the wonderful life I have been gifted and worked very hard to build for the last 45 years, however I have chosen, a very simple message (after all, simple is better right?) -
"enjoy every second, that you can breathe, that you can lead, that you can contribute to the world, that you can LIVE - because you never know when it will be the last time that you do something, after all, time does not stop"

Having a vision and slowly shaping it to be what you have dreamed is not the hard part…
The really hard part, is transferring your values to those closest to you, so when they walk in any room you are absolutely certain that they represent your dream in the best way!
I have worked really hard to connect hearth to hearth with anyone that has ever worked with me and whom had said yes to carrying the torche of this dream with me. Not only for #infinitygrowth but because I believe in a better world for our children!
Yesterday as one of my dearest teammembers represented us, I kept receiving messages and pictures of gratitude for being in the room; undoubtedly Franklin represented us in the best way!
My cup is full this morning - we are growing to be where my dream once took me!
