Today, I spent twenty minutes on the mini stepper, and let me tell you, my knees are definitely feeling the burn! But that’s all part of the journey as I gradually work my way back up to those 30-45 minute sessions. Honestly, I’m feeling great after my workout, and I came across this fantastic video that really helps motivate and push you through those tough moments.

I woke up a bit later than expected, so I only did ten minutes on the stepper today. Short workouts still count, especially in helping to boost those endorphins. I didn't break much of a sweat today. Do you plan to get those steps in today?
