Howdy, folks! 👋
I created this channel to support students who struggle with First Aid for USMLE and other academic topics. I’ve successfully completed USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3 and completed my internship in the U.S., and now I’m here to help you succeed!
This channel features content for B.Ed. students, teaching exam prep, educational psychology, teaching strategies, and more — plus resources for intermediate students and English learners.
If my content helps you, please subscribe, like, and drop a comment — your support keeps me going!
With love,
Dr. G

Quick Recall: Diagnosis of SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus)
ANA (Antinuclear Antibody): Most sensitive test for SLE. Almost all patients will have positive ANA, but is not specific.
Anti Double Stranded DNA (Anti-ds DNA): Specific for SLE, also correlates with disease activity.
Anti Smith (Anti-Sm): Most specific antibody for SLE, though its found in fewer patients.
Anti Histone Antibodies: Think of Drug Induced Lupus (commonly caused by hydralazine, procainamide, and isoniazid)
