I'm Dorothy Stainbrook, a farmer, recipe developer and cookbook author at Heathglen Farm, a 23-acre specialty crop farm in Minnesota. I grow heirloom tomatoes, chile peppers, organic blueberries, and herbs, and test recipes in my farm kitchen. Full recipes are on my blog, Farm to Jar: farmtojar.com
