Greetings all (beloved) Unemployees!

After an amazing year of games, goofiness, and growth, the Largely Unemployed Corporation will be closing its doors from today until the 20th of January 2026.

Magick and I are incredibly thankful for both your support and your hard work in the algorithmic mines this past year. With YouTube currently in the midst of an AI-first identity crisis, we have no idea what 2026 will be like for content creation, but we promise to keep the cognition low and the completely-human-ramblings high <3

To maintain our own corporate cohesion, the Mushroom and I will be taking a (much needed) vacation together after almost 2 years apart! I've come back to South Africa to visit family, and in the new year we'll be going completely off-grid along the east coast of Africa on a "scuba diving" trip 👀 (you can expect a video on this!) 🚤🏴‍☠️🦜

I'm thinking of returning to Stationeers for another brutal-mode challenge run! Their massive new terrain update it about to drop and I've been doing some testing on the new maps. They're all fantastic! I just can't decide where to go! What would you like to see next?

There won't be a KSP: Interstellar video this weekend :/

Magick has been hard at work in the editing cave and Ep. 11 should be available for our wonderful Unemployees soon. It will air next Saturday for everyone else. Ep. 12 should be on time the week after that too!

We're really sorry about the delay, but the past few weeks have been a fever dream. Magick was sick, I was very busy with work and visa appointments, and when Keen (the developers behind Space Engineers) reached out about a collab with Splitsie, we obviously couldn't say no! This has all conspired to break our almost-three-month perfect upload streak, and for that we really are sorry!

Ya boy is officially PADI Advanced Open Water certified 🤿 🥳

Dove down to 29m and saw multiple Thresher and White Tip Reef sharks 🦈 They're incredible animals!

I'll share the video of my first real dive with channel members once it's all cut together. Back to our regular programming next week!

I got the timing a little off (this is incorrectly announced in KSP:I Ep 6, should have been 5) but I'm currently getting my SCUBA diving certification in the Philippines! Any pro-tips from other divers are very welcome, i just finished all my confined water and first openwater dives today.
