After eight years in London, an illness, a heartbreak, and a cat, I found myself back in southern Italy, learning to breathe again between church bells and coffee breaks.
My work is about the beauty of ordinary days, the humour hidden in healing, and the quiet rebellion of being honest in a world obsessed with perfection.
I speak softly, think deeply, and film slowly — because life isn’t a highlight reel.

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to give you a little update. I’m not feeling very well at the moment. I’ve caught the flu for the fourth time this winter, and it has really drained me. I have no voice, my body aches, and I’m quite exhausted. I’m doing my best to rest and recover as soon as possible.
In the meantime, I’ll be sharing some relaxing videos featuring beautiful places in Italy, with just music and peaceful atmospheres. I hope they’ll help you unwind and feel a little calmer during your day.
