You become addicted not to the hardships but to the growth you see after the hardships.

I can never spend a day of life without ever being stressed about a problem and only and only when I’m working towards solving these complex problems is when my inner self feels contentment.

And the more you do it the more addicted you get to it.

It is an upward spiral.

The amount of money you make is directly correlated to the level of problems you’re solving.

That is January, February and March.

What have you achieved?

1. Do you have a 3 months journaling?

2. Do you have 3 months of before and after trades?

3. What is your plan for trading?

4. Are you closer to your new year resolutions?

5. Did you get a mentor to help you?

6. Are the any habits you stopped?

After you read this, take time and reflect on the 3 months.

Write down the important things.

Write down a plan of action.

Don't just sit there like you don't care.

You should care.

This is your business and life.

Desperation is what kills many traders.

I want to make 300 usd from this 100 usd.

Luckily they end up making the 300 usd or whatever the amount they had.

This registers in their subconscious, I can do this many times.

Unfortunately the market is always there waiting. Waiting for them to slip. And they always do.

So whats the solution?

Stop being too desperate about making money.

Because making money is a function of your discipline.

So start cultivating more discipline by actually enjoying the whole process of trading.

-Planning trades.

-Waiting for trades.

-Observing your emotions during trading.

-Journaling your negative thoughts after a loss or after a missed trade.

-Learning about winners everyday.

-Practicing on demo until you get.

In short embrace the work ethic associated with trading.

Its boring but thats where the money is.
