I need to get in shape and lose some "extra" that I have. I am not sure what my weight loss plan is, but I think if I start posting videos I will be held accountable and will feel accomplished and be more motivated if I can post an update.l'll also be able to look back on past videos. My plan is to post workouts,meal prep, how I feel, what works for me and what doesn't. Starting out KETO on November 8th 2019. I don't know my weight right now. I do have a goal weight, I would love to be under 200lbs. Mainly I just want to be healthy and to feel good.
